• Surbiton station has regular trains into Waterloo (quickest around 17 mins) Wimbledon & Clapham Junction very close.

• Also very close to Bushy park, Richmond park and Thames path

• We have a front room which has space for a desk if needed

• Kitchen with large dining area, also space for a desk including spacious cupboard with a rail and shelf

• Garden 🪴

• 2x bathrooms

• Will be living with me - female, 29, account manager working in central London 2 days a week

• I’m a social person and love a good chat or a drink down the pub but I definitely value my downtime and respect everyone’s need for personal space
