The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, chair, side table, chest of drawers and cupboard. The rent is £700 ppm without bills, bills are around £60 ppm, and Kingston is the perfect commute town as the house is a 10min walk away from Kingston station or a 10min bus to Surbiton station, where you take the train to waterloo, then you can take the tube anywhere in London! Kingston is a really lovely, safe town with loads of shops and pubs and places to go out. The tenancy ends at the end of August.
