My flatmate was an Erasmus student and has moved back to Ireland, so I’m now looking for someone to rent the second room in my flat. Preferably a female student.

I live in the flat with my partner, and we are both friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.

If you're looking for a room in a nice and cosy 2-bedroom flat with a big living room in a modern apartment, you are welcome to come and visit.

The flat is fully furnished. The room has a double bed and a dressing area.

Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Room with its own bathroom. (We have an en-suite bathroom in my room.)

Bills included: Council tax, fibre internet, etc.
(Electricity is not included – approximately £60–£70 per person.)

Close to shops, the river, and the town centre.

A little bit about us: I work in IT and my partner works in finance. We enjoy travelling, working out, and running along the river.

We would like to live with someone friendly who would enjoy occasionally sharing dinner or going out, but who also appreciates having their own space.
