Single Room (Partially furnished with bed and some storage) in a 4 bedroom house with a garden in Kingston Upon Thames.

The house is 12 minutes walk from the train station centre of town, close to several parks, and is located in a quiet residential area.

The house is currently occupied by a very tidy, trio of friends who like to socialise but mainly keep to themselves. ✨

We are looking for someone reliable and tidy
Male or female, we do not mind the last person living here was male.

Important stuff.
- Rent: 458 + bills (per month)
-bills not included but are approximately £160-£180 PCM
-usual references required
- Council Tax band D
- Rent will increase by £25 but not confirmed yet
- rent and bills are shared between the tenants each month
Basic House Rules:
-Be Tidy
-be considerate regarding noise due to shift patterns ect.

House facilities:
- Large Cosy living room
- kitchen with freezer, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, dryer and other appliances.
- double glazed central heating
- large garden (perfect for BBQs!)
-Tidy Bathroom
- Street parking adjacent, requiring a permit (around £80 per annum).

• Please note the room will be available mid May as the landlord would like time to re-decorate once the current tenant has moved out.
