Double room with en-suite – Surbiton/Kingston

Bills are an additional £200ish (varies a bit month to month).

Double room available in a relaxed, friendly flat in the Surbiton/Kingston area. The room is unfurnished so you can make it your own, and comes with a private en-suite (shower + toilet) and built-in wardrobe, your own self-contained space within the flat. There's also a small balcony accessible from the living room.

The rest of the flat is open-plan, with the kitchen, dining area and living room all connected. I've already furnished the communal areas, but I'm genuinely open to switching things up if you want to bring your own style to the place, the goal is for it to feel like home, not just somewhere you're staying.

Location-wise, you're a short walk from Surbiton station with fast trains into Clapham Junction and Waterloo, close to Kingston town centre for shops, restaurants and the riverside, and right on Surbiton high street with a great local café and pharmacy nearby.

I'm easy-going and sociable, my partner visits regularly and I have friends over from time to time, so it suits someone comfortable with a warm, lived-in atmosphere.
