I’m letting my great apartment in the heart of Kingston. It’s on the doorstep to walks, parks, bars, restaurants, movies, a bowling alley, and an array of social activities. It’s a minute’s walk from Kingston rail station (you can be in Waterloo in 30mins) and there are heaps of buses to take you anywhere else you need to go.
The apartment is furnished. The kitchen comes with built in appliances including electric hob cooker, oven, dishwasher, built in fridge/freezer, and a wine fridge (super handy for those tough days when work has just not been kind). There is also a washer/dryer machine in the storage cupboard. There are hardwood floors throughout and the bedroom is fitted with double wardrobe with soft-closing sliding doors. 24 hour concierge and a roof top terrace.

The bathroom is has bath and shower with an electric heated towel rail. Wiring is provided for television points in the living room and bedroom.

Video entry system is provided so you can see, not just hear, who’s at the door. You have access to a communal roof terrace with views overlooking the river. There’s 24 hour security at the front desk too.

I’d love to have someone tidy, considerate, non-smoking, and petless who is looking to make my flat their cozy home. Couples are welcome too.
