iQ Wave Housing is a modern and fairly new facility for Kingston University students only, but open to all levels and for international, home or EU undergraduates. Within this flat there are five other flatmates with shared living space and kitchen, but everything is new and works easily. There is free Wifi and this fully furnished en-suite room has a double bed. iQ is between the Bentalls Centre and the Thames and is about a 20 minute walk to either Penrhyn Road or Knight's Park campuses, but a bus would be recommended for KIngston Hill or Roehampton Vale campuses. There are laundry and gym facilities available and the bills are inclusive during the 50 week contract. Please contact me if interested or would like any more details!
