Furnished Double Room in Motspur Park/New Malden

Thank you for reading my post. I am a live-in landlord and have a double room available in Motspur Park/New Malden, at £830 per caledar month with bills included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband).

The room is a good size furnished double room with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, lamp and built-in wardrobes. It also has ample space to fit a work desk. The house has a lovely garden and a patio area where one could enjoy barbecues in the warmer months.

The house is 5 minutes’ walk from Motspur Park station / 15 minutes’ walk from Raynes Park station. Train journey is roughly 19 minutes to Vauxhall/24 minutes into Waterloo. The bus stop is 5 minutes’ walk away with direct buses to Wimbledon and Kingston. There is parking on the road which does not require a permit nor are there any parking restrictions.

Both myself and my housemate are friendly, tidy, sociable and respectful of others, and are looking for a housemate who shares the same attributes. We are always up for a natter with people, whilst respecting their privacy if they don’t fancy a chat.
