Rent £900 per calendar month for both rooms inclusive of all bills. Both professionals and students welcomed.

-The rent will also include the bills, listed as below:
Council tax, water, broadband
gas and electricity.
-The gas usage and electricity cover up to:
£150 per month in summer (April to September, 6
months),
£250 per month in winter (October to March, 6
months).
-The above allowance is the sum for the entire property for the usage of all tenants occupying the property during the period. If the bills are higher than the limit, then the tenants have to share the surplus amount evenly.
