We have a redecorated, fully furnished large double room (approximately 5m x 3.5m) available in our comfortable family home in central New Malden.
The room features a king-size bed with a new mattress, new carpet, large fitted wardrobe, separate bookcase & large chest of drawers.

Location has easy access to the A3, and walking distance to the train station. New Malden is a fantastic location with multiple gyms, the leisure centre, a variety of restaurants, cafés, and a great selection of shops.

We’re a friendly relaxed household consisting of a professional mum working from home and a 9 year-old daughter, and one adorable, older cat. We’re looking for a warm and considerate housemate to join us. In future a second room will be rented out in addition.

About Us:
We’d love to find someone who enjoys a relaxed and friendly living environment. We value our communal spaces and enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s privacy. It’s important you do not mind children- we host play dates sometimes at the weekend, and enjoy baking, making art, and blanket dens. Working from home is a possibility depending on circumstances (during the working week, my child is out every day from c. 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM.)
We enjoy watching TV, cooking, board games, creative arts, living room karaoke and hosting people for lunch or dinner sometimes.
