Looking for a female flatmate to take the larger bedroom & bathroom in my newly refurbished 2-bed, 2-bath top-floor flat (small building, 4 flats total). My current flatmate is moving in with her partner. Please be advised the flat is let unfurnished, your room will be unfurnished and some furniture you may see in shared areas won't be there when you move in!

Great location: SW trains from New Malden/Motspur Park to the city; buses to Wimbledon (~20 mins) for Tube. Close to New Malden High St & big supermarkets.

About me: 33, working professional (mostly WFH, 1–2 office days). Into fitness, gym/dance evenings, out cycling or with friends at weekends, love travel. Friendly, clean, calm home.

Looking for: female, ideally 30+, full-time professional, ideally not fully home-based to keep balance in the home. Clean, considerate, non-smoker, not a party household.

Move-in 1–3 April (no later).
Rent due 3rd monthly.
Bills incl council tax ~£215–£280 pcm pp.
£1,000 pcm excl bills.
