• Close to shops, cafés & supermarkets
• Quiet, safe residential area

👥 Flatmates
• Living with 3 friendly, easy-going females
• Respectful, chilled household
• Social when around but everyone has their own routine

💷 Rent & Bills
• Around £800 pcm max (all in, incl. bills + council tax)
• Energy varies slightly, so usually cheaper in summer months
