My bedroom currently, obviously room will be empty prior to move in.

Spacious double room available for 2 months in existing flat share with 3 flatmates in New Malden.
The room will be furnished with a double bed frame and mattress.
The flat itself has one bathroom and a shared kitchen and living room. There will be a cupboard in the kitchen for your stuff as well as a shelf in the bathroom. Kitchen comes with air fryer, oven, kettle, toaster, no microwave unfortunately.
The flat is situated directly next to New Malden train station which has SWR trains straight to Waterloo as well as the 213 bus route and the 131 and SL7 a 10 minute walk away.
Bills not included: WiFi is £7.50, water ~ £20, electricity ~ £50, council tax band D. All other flatmates work and therefore there is no student discount and will be split 4 ways.
The security deposit to be paid will be appoximately one months rent. (~£650)
