Wireless broadband and street parking are available. Travel links are very good. 5-7 minutes walk to motspur park train station where you have regular trains into Wimbledon, Epsom, Guildford and London Waterloo. Buses 131 and 163 to Wimbledon, Kingston or Morden. Big Tesco superstore 10 mins walk. It’s a very nice and quiet area and very homely atmosphere.

Room faces our back garden, room has a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and fitted cupboard, so plenty of storage space. One month rent in advance and one month deposit £700 available from 1st May 2026.
