Very convenient location. Quiet residential street only a few minutes walk from High Street with access to Gyms, Cinema, Shops and restaurants. Train station about 20 mins walk or 5 - 10 mins by bus. Regular trains into central London. London Bridge 15 mins, Victoria 35 mins. Bus stop less than five minutes walk away with buses to many surrounding areas. Access to park across the road. 15 min drive or 25 - 30 min bus journey to Princess Royal University Hospital. Only 1.5 miles to Orpington hospital.

Off-road parking can be discussed, and secure garage space could be made for a bike.

The ideal lodger will be someone working in the area or in central London during the week, returning home at the weekends. Not suitable for home-working.
