Large Double Bedroom with own Bathroom

Hello,

I have a large double bedroom with its own bathroom now available in a house one minute’s walk from Osterley Tube Station (on the Piccadilly Line). Only looking for single occupancy for the room, £1000, with all bills included including Superfast Virgin Broadband.

The bedroom will come unfurnished. The living and dining room have been furnished as can been seen in the pictures.

There is a large shared living room and a separate open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is very big and you’ll have no problem finding your own space.

The house has only been recently renovated to a very high spec including: new flooring, under-floor heating, roofing, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, windows, electrics, air source heat pump, solar panels, Tesla Powerwall, internal and external insulation etc. The house is mostly self-sufficient with solar power during the summer months.

There is also parking available for up to three cars in the drive at the front of the house. Currently there are two cars using the front drive. There is also a weekly cleaner (included in the rent) to look after the communal areas.

I am not in a rush to find a new tenant and would in fact prefer to take my time in finding the right person to live here. There are only four bedrooms in the house each with its own bathroom. Hence there will only be four people living in this large house to provide a high quality living environment. The current tenants (all male) are working professionals and are all very easy going and considerate.

I hope you will enjoy living in this relatively brand new house and fit into the household. We are looking for someone who will be respectful to the other tenants living there and will keep the communal areas clean and tidy.

I will do my due diligence and carry out thorough financial checks on potential tenants. References will of course be required.
