I have one double room for rent for a couple for £850 per calendar month with all the bills included or £730 for a single person. You have all the amenities you will need.
There is a company for deep clean every 2 weeks but I would like everyone to keep the respect and clean after themselves.
I don't mind of any kind of backgrounds or ethnicity.
I don't want any person on benefits.
No smoking in the house.
No drugs in the house, preferably no drugs at all.
The property is 15-20 walk to alperton station and 15-20 minutes walk to Perivale Station.
The room doesn't have any bed on it but it will be bought before the day you will move.
