I’m currently looking into renting out my spare bedroom and wanted to see if you might be interested .

It’s really well connected : there’s a bus stop right outside my building and several tube stations nearby including Alperton (around a 6 minute walk), Wembley Central, Wembley Park, and Perivale. Ealing Broadway station is a nearby bus ride away too.
There’s also a large Sainsbury’s within walking distance, plus lots of great Indian food spots nearby, Dentist, GP walking distance .
