I have a spacious double room available in my recently refurbished home. The entire house has been updated.

I’m looking for a tenant who will be respectful and treat the space like their own—keeping things tidy and clean is important to me.

There’s loads of storage in the double walldrobe with hangers provided and the bed is an ottoman bed, therefore lots of storage under the bed!

• 10-minute walk to Petts Wood Station
• 5-minute drive or 15-minute bus ride to Bromley South Station or Orpington Station
• Supermarkets and coffee shops close by
