Lovely garden + off street parking, but very quiet surroundings. Must be tolerant of friendly resident cat who is really the Boss! Frequent trains to London from Petts Wood go to Victoria, Charing Cross, Waterloo East, Cannon Street, Blackfriars, St Pancras and London Bridge. Very good transport hub. I am very social so I am in and out a lot so sometimes you will have the house to yourself! Probably suit a mature professional person.
