This is a three bedroom ground floor flat with private garden in a peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac.

I currently share the flat with a friend who works full time in central London.

I stay in the flat very little as I travel a lot for work about 1 week per month) So most of the time you would be sharing the flat only with 1 other person. None of us are working from home and most of the time work 5-6 days a week.

The flat is recently renovated and currently the garden is getting a new terrace for the summer.

There is a large kitchen/living room. You would share a bathroom with 1 other person and there is a plenty of storage around the house.

The bedroom includes large double wardrobe, currently has double bed, bedside cabinets and an ikea shelf.

I am looking for someone of good character to share this property. All bills are included.

The flat is 7min walk to Northwood Hills train station. For there you can get a train to Baker Street station 28min. Liverpool station 43min.
