A friendly couple with memory issues are seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

They would really value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight. They have the support of family members who live quite local to them, but they would also appreciate some general practical help around the home such as tidying up the kitchen putting the bins out, cooking and sharing a few meals, help with simple IT/ the TV, prompts and reminders, light cleaning and tidying (there is a cleaner), perhaps a little help in the garden, and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed. Please note they have a cat.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The property is in an excellent location in Pinner, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the underground station (Metropolitan Line), near a park and close to shops and local amenities.

The gentleman enjoys reading the newspaper watching sports on TV and reminiscing. The lady likes to spend time gardening, and benefits from company around her. They both enjoy walks in the local park.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
