The property is located a short walk from Dagenham East and Elm Park stations which would be ideal for anyone commuting into Central London. The property is also a short walk from local shops and amenities.

I am a full time kitchen designer and so usually work weekends. This would allow anyone with a Mon - Fri to enjoy the property on their own most of the time at weekends. I am easy going and looking for someone to enjoy the property with.
