One large double room to let, £800 per calendar month. Front of house, upstairs. Parking on the drive is available for two cars, parking is first arrive home basis. If you have a bike there is side access to the house.

The house is newly renovated, very clean and has plenty of space for storage with a double bed, double cupboard, 2 side tables, dressing table by bay window.. Linen can be provided but you may prefer to bring your own. Room is fairly big with high ceilings and it is a very clean home.

Lovely kitchen and lots of outside garden space. There is a dining room available for use or stools in the kitchen.

It’s a female only home. There is a live in landlord - staying in the loft with own en-suite. There is one large bathroom on the first floor for room tenants to share.

All bills are included, WiFi is also free.

The room will be available from 1st February onwards, ideally looking for female Muslim, as pork or non-halal food and alcohol is not permitted in the house. Professionals are preferred.

Travel links are quick and easy - 20 mins to get to Stratford. Central line, Newbury Park is the nearest tube station which is less than 10 mins walk. Seven Kings overground station is approx a 10 minute walk.
