The room is in excellent condition, neat and clean, with lovely views of the neighbourhood. Furniture includes a small double bed, 2 wardrobes, a writing table and chair. Adequate storage space in side cupboards.
The house is located in a quiet, and safe residential area of London borough of Redbridge, five-seven minutes walk from central line underground station (Redbridge) which is three stops from Stratford and Westfield shopping mall.

It is a spacious five bedroom semi detached house, very clean with an extended and tastefully furnished modern open plan living room and kitchen and a garden. We also have a cat!.

I am (the owner) a mature professional working woman in Finance (British Pakistani and Muslim) who lives with her three daughters. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and very friendly. We are a loving family and would welcome someone new into our house like an additional family member. At the same time privacy is respected and no one intrudes on others.
