A beautifully furnished large double room available in a private, semidetached house in central Richmond. The rent includes all bills and comes with free cleaning of all common areas.

The room has a smart TV, a lovely double bed with quality mattress and soft bedding. The room is situated on the first floor of my residential property.

The house is restored in a period style and feels like a real home. All comforts are provided - fine cotton bedding and towels, toiletries, free wifi and a fully equipped small kitchen.

The house is in a premium location, in a quiet, cul de sac street, away from traffic, yet very central and with everything you need at your doorstep. Transport links are excellent.

Accommodation layout: There are three rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen on the floor I rent out. One of the bathrooms is private to the largest of rooms, the other two rooms share a modern shower room with a spacious, 1m2 shower enclosure. The kitchen available to my tenants is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer with ice dispenser, and a washer/drier machine.

The first floor is separate and independent of our own living space, which is on the ground floor. You can enjoy your own space, peace and privacy.

My property is in a prime residential area of central Richmond, with nearby restaurants, pubs, hairdressers, pharmacy, several off-license shops, post office, cafes, organic deli. Richmond station is 5-10min walk away and provides excellent transport links to central London.

Richmond has been voted "The best place to live" in London and it is known as London's greenest borough. You will be able to enjoy its wonderful setting between the river Thames, Kew Gardens and Richmond Park which are all in walking distance from the property.
