Offering a spacious kingsize room (approx 5mx4m), fully furnished with tasteful, neutral furnishings, and plenty of storage, in an apartment building in Stanmore Road, Richmond. (Just over the road from Kew Gardens, 10 mins walk to Richmond Station - I've found it perfect for commuting to London.)

1500 GBP a month incl. bills, council tax, wifi etc. Available early April (some flexibility).

Sharing with a lovely lady in her early 40s who works in Richmond. Social, friendly and bubbly but also values her quiet time.

There's a spacious lounge, well-equipped kitchen, and shared bathroom with bath.

Gyms, cafes, restaurants, supermarket etc all a few mins walk away from the apartment - it's very well connected.

The apartment includes a kitchen, large living area, bathroom, and a little communal garden area. There is a juliette balcony in the living room that can be opened on warmer days.

I'm looking for a tenant for around 3-6 months; I can't promise longer as I'm considering selling the property, but there may be some flexiblity. I'd consider couples - with a small increase in the monthly rental to cover extras. Looking for someone friendly, considerate, and relatively clean and tidy!

Viewing process: Easier on both sides to conduct an initial video via WhatsApp video/chat, followed by an in-person visit if it feels like the right fit for both sides.
