Looking for flatmate on Richmond riverside

Looking for a flatmate to join me on Richmond riverside, in a calming cosy newly refurbished flat from early feb right on the river Thames

The flat is a 2 bed on the first floor, in a quiet and safe building on a private estate. The whole flat has just been newly refurbished and comes furnished, except the bedroom which is unfurnished. Sunset facing balcony. Shared bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped (washer/dryer and dishwasher). Communal gardens. Parking by negotiation.

- river thames is right outside the building
- 5- 15 min walk into richmond town centre & station (district line, mainline services into London)
- 10 min walk to Richmond park & hill

You would be sharing with myself; female, late twenties, works from home, friendly and tidy. I am renting this flat. Looking for someone who is relaxed, clean and respectful. I like to keep the place feeling homely, so looking for someone who also wants to feel recharged here. I also dog sit occasionally for a well behaved dog, so must be comfortable with this :)

Rent is £1125 p/m excluding bills. Plus deposit. Tenancy 12 months

Start date is flexible as my priority is finding the right person
