We have a spacious double room available in a 3 bedroom professional flatshare in the centre of Richmond!

The flat is in a great location - 5 minutes’ walk to Richmond Station for the district line, overground and mainline into Waterloo, and only a short walk from Richmond high street, the River Thames and Richmond Park.

The flat is bright and spacious with an open-plan kitchen/living area and balcony. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed with underbed drawers, a large wardrobe, a further chest of drawers and a small desk/shelving unit.

We’re both in our early 30s working in account management and emergency services, and enjoy going to the gym, walks along the river and in the park, travelling and chilled drinks in the evening/weekends. It’s a relaxed calm flat rather than a party flat, so we’re looking for someone who’s also considerate, tidy and easy to live with, and who’s ideally looking medium/long term as opposed to a short stop-gap.

Our previous flatmate has moved in with her partner after several years living here, so the room is available now.

Bills: £200 pcm
