Double room in 2 bed flat - 5 mins walk to station

Hi! I am Annabel and I am the current tenant at the flat. This is a 2 bed flat.

There are two entrances, one is right next to Waitrose and the other is 4 mins to the station so it is very conveniently situated.

Richmond station has the district line and there are also quick trains so you can get to Vauxhall in 16 mins (the train also stops at Clapham junction and London Waterloo).

The flat is also gated and these are locked at 7pm so it is very safe. There is also a 24hr reception who you can call for any questions and look out for the whole flat if there are disturbances (not been any since I’ve lived here).

I work in accounting and go into the office 3 days a week. If there is anyone looking for just somewhere to rent for the weekdays let me know and we can discuss reduced rent.
