Bright Double Room in Richmond (near station!)

I’m leaving this lovely house & housemates to buy my own property and we’re looking for a replacement housemate who’s free to move in April! It’s a truly ideal location at the bottom of Richmond Hill, by Richmond station, with a garden and drive way parking.

The Room & House
The house is a 3-story home with a bright lounge, conservatory and a small garden - perfect for BBQs in summer, sunbathing or even a fire pit in winter!

The room itself is a comfortable and bright double room. It comes with a bed/mattress, and big built-in wardrobe. There’s space for a desk in front of the window. The room is on the 1st floor at the back of the house so looks out over a nice view of the garden.

You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others (the 4th bedroom has its own en-suite) and there is a separate loo downstairs too.

The house is in a private residential area, an incredible 2-minute walk from Richmond Station and the High Street, with access via a private gate and key fob so it’s super safe. The riverside, Richmond Hill, and Richmond Park are all within 10-20 minutes walk, so tonnes of incredible outdoor spaces for walks, runs and a sunset beer or two.

Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with three amazing people - Kerstin, Saira and Nista. We have a nice mix of socializing and respecting each other’s space.

The practical bits
Rent: £915 - all bills, TV/Wifi and shared household items are all included in this (cleaning supplies, toilet rolls etc)
Deposit: £750 secured in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme (+£50 non-refundable fee to join the contract)
Cleaner: Every 2 weeks (common areas + bedrooms!) all included in the price
Parking: driveway parking

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find a friendly, professional woman late 20s/early 30s, so if you’re sociable and looking for a home rather than just a place to crash, drop us a message!

Move-In & Viewings
Move in would be the end of April. Ideally, we’re looking for someone long-term (at least a year), but if life happens, you’d just need to find a replacement.
