Located within walking distance of Richmond centre, 15/ 20 minutes from Richmond station with great transport networks into central London (Waterloo 20 mins) and 10 minutes walk from St Margarets station).

Room will be unfurnished but has large fitted wardrobes and sufficient space for small desk/ chair for home-workers.

Kitchen includes washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Rent is 950 per month not including bills (usually around 200 a month including council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, household stuff).

There isn't a garden but Marble Hill park is only 2 mins walk away and is beautiful, with a great pub on the corner!

Richmond Park and Kew Gardens are within walking distance and both Twickenham/ Richmond Riverside are great for leisurely strolls (or for running) as well as drinking/ dining spots.

Looking for someone down to earth, who likes to chill in front of the tv /Netflix after work and would be up for occasionally heading out for a few glasses of wine on a sunnier evening or for brunch!

A bit of info about me - I love good food & wine, music (live music/gigs), barre (fitness), theatre, sports, languages, travelling, amongst many other things! I am a tidy person and very laid back/ easy to get along with. I work from home usually 3 days a weeks but keep to my own space.
