This property is only suitable for single working professionals.

You will be subject to credit and reference checks.

We a take a £200 holding deposit if you like the room. It's non refundable but it goes towards your first month's Rent when you take the room.

When take the room, you need to pay a 4 week's worth of rent into a safety deposit. This money is stored in a government scheme and returned to you when you move out.
