I am an easy going woman living in a 2 bedroom maisonette that I own. I’ve got a double room for rent in Romford, 15 minutes from Romford station (Elizabeth line). The room is newly decorated with a double bed, build in wardrobe, bedside table, a dressing table, and a TV (+Netflix, Amazon prime, super fast WiFi) . The flat is fairly large, we would share a bathroom, which has a toilet, bath with shower, and separate kitchen with dining table. Living room is extra large, the garden at the back is good size as well and very peaceful. You will be renting half of the flat so that includes use of all the stuff in the kitchen like the washing machine, cooker and cooking essentials.
Plenty of free parking outside of the flat. Nearest Bus stop is only 2min walk (103,175 and 499)
