Looking For Lodger For Large Double Room

We are a couple looking to rent a double bedroom in our  4 bedroom house. 

Its very close to city centre and 20 min walk to queens hospital.
It has plenty of storage space, garden and parking as well.

You will be sharing a large spacious bathroom with another lodger (paramedic).

The bathroom will only be for the lodgers. 

All the bills  are included and this includes council tax. In regards to furniture you will get a bed, mattress, refrigerator and cupboard. 

There is also cleaner who cleans all the communal areas including the bathrooms every 2 weeks. 

.We are both doctors working at queens hospital. So we all do shift work and busy most times. 

We are looking for someone who can understand our job and blend in well. A person who is also clean, tidy and respectful of each other.
