We have a beautiful, clean and airy single room available in our lovely 4-bed end-of-terrace family home. This room is perfect for a female student or working professional, ideally someone studying or working nearby (Queens Hospital would be ideal).

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable full single bed, a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage, TV, and strong WiFi connection within the room. It’s a bright, fresh space that feels calm and private — perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Our home is a quiet, respectful Islamic household. We are a warm and welcoming family who value cleanliness, peace, and consideration for one another. It’s a calm environment where everyone keeps to themselves and respects privacy. Parents are often engaged in worship, and the home has a naturally peaceful atmosphere.
We’re ideally looking for someone who is working or studying and out during most of the day — someone who comes home to rest, recharge, and enjoy a comfortable, quiet space.

There is currently one shared bathroom, which is kept clean and tidy at all times, with plans to add an additional bathroom in the near future. You will also have full access to the kitchen facilities and our lovely garden space — perfect for some fresh air during warmer days.

This room would suit someone responsible, tidy, and respectful who is looking for a safe, homely, and positive environment.
