This is a nice quiet house and so we are looking for a more mature person who appreciates his own space and a peaceful home.

There are three parking spaces on the forecourt of the house on a first come first served basis. There are also residents parking bays outside and the only time you cannot park on the street without a permit is between 10.30 and 11.30.
