I have a single room for rent in a lovely 5 bedroom family property. Will suit a considerate, tidy, clean professional individual working in the London area, or in the Middlesex, Bucks, Herts or Surrey areas.
The room has a single bed with Triple Wardrobe, cabinet and tv, plus free broadband. The house is in excellent decorative order with all possible amenities i. e. microwave, Electric cooker fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier available for use. Clean modern bathroom, with power shower and a beautiful garden to relax in.
Excellent commuting links... For Tube access to Central London, Central, Piccadilly & Metropolitan lines is only 5-10 mins walk away to Ruislip Gardens and Ruislip Manor stations. A 5 mins walk to the E7 & 114 bus routes. A 15 mins walk to Ruislip High street, with shops, restaurants, banks, M&S food court, Sainsbury/Tesco/Waitrose shopping etc. Close to A40/M40, M25 as well as the A Roads such as A312 and A406.
