The room is £800 and that includes bills (unless unreasonable spending), Wi-Fi, and building insurance.

Housemates respect each other and it is a quiet, clean and tidy place to come home to at the end of the day.

I am at the property every week on, Tuesday and Wednesday night. The rest of the week, I am not at home.
