You’ll have a spacious double room along with your own separate full bathroom (not en-suite), making it ideal for a professional or a couple. The room offers ample storage, including a cupboard and a clothes rack.

The house is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a lovely private garden at the back.

I’m a working professional based in central London (typically out from 7:00am to 8:00pm), so you’ll often have the house to yourself during the day. I also have a friendly Persian cat that generally keeps to itself and won’t be a disturbance.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the high street just a 10-minute walk away. The nearest tube station is about 12 minutes on foot, with access to the Central Line via West Ruislip, providing easy connections across London.

The room is available immediately for a short-term let, on a weekly or monthly basis, until September 2026. Rent is £250 per week, inclusive of all bills and council tax.
