Loft with En-Suite for Female

We're a Muslim family looking to rent our spare loft room. We’re both professionals and are looking for a female Muslim professional to share our home with, preferably someone who works in education, the heath care service, or the civil service.
Vegetarian/Vegan, no alcohol, also welcome.
We renovated our house recently, so it is to a good & comfortable standard. Seven Kings station is only a 5 minutes’ walk, the Elizabeth line will take you straight in to Zone 1. There are plenty of local amenities including Tesco, Aldi, restaurants & cafes, Doctor’s surgeries, ATMs & the Post Office.
The loft includes an en-suite, you will also have access to a separate kitchenette area that you will be using exclusively. The Main kitchen is not shared, there are no shared lounge spaces.
You will have access to WiFi connection, a shared washing machine, All bills are included.
Room includes:
Double Bed with mattress
2 x Double wardrobe
Built in additional storage cabinets
En-Suite exclusive bathroom
This is a family home so there are a few house rules.
