Large double room in fully furnished flat in a private and quiet off road purpose built block, with a car parking space fully coverd by cctv. And all hallways and entrance is fully coverd by cctv

5 minute walk to st mary cray station and bus stops
5 minute walk to nugent shopping retail park and every shop you would need
9 minute buss ride to Orpington station

I work away alot so you basically have the whole place to yourself, that includes front room and kitchen. i only ever pop in maybe once or twice a week and rarely stay.

Anyone is welcome as long as you are clean, respectful and considerate

The price stated is for one person but if you are a couple im happy to discuss it, and we can agree on an additional price if your partner stays full time. If they only stays a couple nights a week we can agree something

Available to move in from 15th November a holding fee of 50% of total move in cost will be required you wish me to hold it for you.

Pets (id rather not but please discuss with me as there may be exptions)

Looking for ether students or working individuals.
If you are unemployed I will require full payment of first 6 months upfront.
