En-suite Attic Double Room. Single occupancy

Spacious double room in a delightful airy family house with a huge kitchen and back garden.

We value our privacy and are looking for a lodge with the same attitude. The room is situated on the top floor (attic) with ensuite bathroom. It has furniture, stand alone bed, wardrobe, and other inbuilt storage spaces.

FAMILY HOME.
We have two small bread dogs 🐕 🐕, they do not go to the attic room at all. Please do not disturb if you are not ok with pets.

The house is fully furnished and clean, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped with washing machines, microwave, ovens, fridge and anything you will need for cooking and eating.
Laundry room has washing mashing and electric drier.

The house is 10 -15 min walk from Sudbury Hill Tube station and Sudbury Harrow and Chiltern Railways (20 min to Marlabone station) Over ground.

If traveling by bus, bus stop is just 2 min walk from the house.

Bills are included (council, gas, electricity, water, broadband) as well as professional cleaning of the common areas.

Note -
1. Pets are allowed but only if they can mix with our two small dogs
2. Smoking - not allowed.
3. Availability to move in, easy and fast

PS: Chiltern railway and Piccadilly lines are 10-15 min walk. Central line is 10-15 by bus. Wembley Central is 10-15 by bus. Bus stop bus 92 at the end of the street (3min from the house).
