I currently live in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat 3 to 4 nights a week, in the sought after location of Surbiton Plaza, just 4 minutes walk from Surbiton Station (17 minutes direct to London Waterloo), and close to all local amenities.

The flat has a concierge 7am to 9pm and security access, an underground parking space, parking for visitors, secure bicycle storage.

Whilst advertised as a flat share with a live in landlord, in reality I am only at the flat approx. 3 - 4 nights a week, due to work travel.

Therefore the shared lounge / diner / kitchen is mostly for the flat mate only, especially at weekends, so it can really feel like your home.

Provided furnished, but there is room for additional furniture should you wish to bring some.

I am offering a double bedroom complete with double bed, bedside table and large fitted wardrobe. It also then has its own private bathroom with shower / bath.

That bedroom also has room for a desk to be added should you be looking for somewhere that you can work from home some o the time.

I occupy the second bedroom and bathroom, and have a desk in there for when working from home so as not to take up the shared lounge / kitchen.

This is offered at the advertised price. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, with high speed internet.

The flat is also furnished with a sofa in the living room, dining room table and chairs, all white goods including a washing machine in the hallway cupboard as well as fitted appliances in the kitchen such as cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher dishwasher.

The flat is beautifully decorated and mostly neutral. Tenant welcome to move in any relevant furniture.

Please note - leasehold for this flat doesn’t allow pets :(
