It's a ground floor maisonette but feels like a house with direct access to a garden. The property also comes with its very own fluffy cat called George!

The room is a double and has a very comfy bed, memory foam mattress topper, desk and a huge wardrobe and chest of drawers. The lounge is so pretty and cosy with a sofa to yourself.

There’s a small south facing garden at the back with a table and sofa and a swinging chair- perfect to sit in the sunshine and read. There’s a shed with storage and a lock if needed.

A little about me...I’m child and adolescent psychotherapist and worked professionally as a mental health nurse for 8 years before starting a professional doctorate. I'm out at work most days and back in the evenings during the week. I love music and going to gigs.
I have an inner hippie in me that enjoys a bit of yoga (kundalini), breathwork and aromatherapy. I'm chatty and friendly and would like someone similar who likes to put the world to rights just as much as having a quiet night getting stuck into a film or a juicy series. Like most of us, I also like to chill in my room or in the bath.

I’d like a female to share with. Would be nice to have common interests to chat about. Ideally single, as I’ve tried partners coming and it can feel a bit crowded. There’s plenty of space to work from home if needed and keep George company!

The flat is on the market to sell so the room is available until the sale completes which doesn’t have a time scale.


Contract length would be negotiable. Bills not included and are £190 a month including council tax, utilities, broadband and use of Netflix, Prime video and Disney+.
