About the place 🛏️
✨ Massive room! The pics are of my room atm to show how much storage you can fit. Would be unfurnished, however all the living room furniture will be staying with me
✨ Tonnes of shared storage in the kitchen and outdoors
✨ We are top floor of a maisonette which is quite handy and secure for any deliveries/packages
✨ RENT/BILLS: rent is £740, bills come to approx £180 which includes absolutely everything from gas electric to council tax etc.
✨ Would be subject to referencing and checks from the landlord as signing onto the lease to replace my current roommate
You’d be living with me - I’m the cliche mix of happy to chill together and socialise as well as respecting alone time/personal space. Would be nice to get a friend out of this and make use of the pub we have down our road! 🍻
