Bills: Approx £120
(includes everything: wifi, gas, electric, water, council tax)

Deposit: £600 paid up front to landlord. References required.

The bedroom is unfurnished with the option to purchase bed, drawers etc from the lady who is moving out.

The rest of the house is furnished (living room, kitchen etc)

Current flatmates:

1 x Northern Irish female (34, professional)
1 x Italian female (33, professional)

Shared bathroom, kitchen & living room for all flatmates.

Parking permits are available for street parking if you have a car - you can apply via Kingston council (approx £100 per year)

This is not a party house. We love to have a glass of wine together and socialise but we are a private, quiet household who appreciate and respect each others space and privacy. We also love to clean so the flat is always sparkling! ✨
