The room has a toilet, shower and kitchen along with a sofa bed. It is divided with a partition wall from the bigger portion of the flat. It has its own entrance from the back.

SINGLE person occupancy ONLY. No loud noises after 10pm. Washing machine to be used daytime, maximum twice per week.

Private entrance and fully self contained.

Even though it is fully private (private entrance/partition wall), it is still a flat share you must be considerate for the people in the main part of the flat. If this is something you are happy with then please arrange a viewing.

It is important to follow the rules as the flushing of the washing machine can cause noise to the main water supply.
