Large double room available for a working professional in a friendly, sociable flat share opposite Surbiton station (on the quiet side).

We are looking for a friendly new housemate who is looking for a home opposed to just a room. 


Your prospective new flatmates are both female, are busy with work (a nurse and a teaching assistant) and socialising but enjoy cooking and chilling in front of the TV.



The flat is comprised of three double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/diner, a large lounge and two bathrooms.

There is parking on the premises but it is very much on a first come, first served purpose.



Rent is £700 a month with bills being approximately £171 per month (this includes electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax). 



We are looking for someone, preferably female, to move in after 30th April 2026.

No students sorry!



Viewing times: Monday to friday: 7pm-9pm
