The semi detached house is on a lovely tree-lined avenue with free off-street parking, is close to the A3 and a ten minute drive to the M25. Tolworth rail station is a short walk away as is Tolworth High Street with numerous shops, including a chemist, large M&S and 24 hour supermarket. Surbiton Station/Kingston are both a short bus ride away with bus stops to Epsom at the bottom of the road.

The single en-suite has a bed, laminate flooring, wooden blinds, built in wardrobe with a separate shower cubicle with sink and toilet.

The kitchen has been newly fitted, and facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, virgin tv/unlimited broadband access. The backdoor opens onto a large covered veranda which is great for al fresco eating, weather permitting.
